One Thousand Flavors in One Place
Ash and Ray always shared a love for food and a dream of bringing authentic South Indian flavors to the city. In mid-2010, they took a leap of faith — leaving their corporate jobs behind to start Mirchili with just five tables and a simple menu of eleven chaat items at Badar Commercial DHA.
What made Mirchili special? It wasn’t your typical chaat spot. Every dish was a taste of their South Indian roots, made from cherished family recipes and freshened up with Nestlé water-based chutneys for that perfect balance of flavor and quality.
What began as a small passion project has now grown into multiple thriving branches — each one staying true to the same love for taste, tradition, and authenticity.
